Kathy came to my home to teach the class, and still brought refreshments for her students a break. I enjoyed the level of comfort and the 1-on-1 training. I like that I got my own manikin, other classes don't always provide that.

I enjoyed that there were videos and lots of visuals. I especially like the dolls she bought to practice with for infant chocking; it made it more lifelike than the manikins.

I like that Kathy called us to let us know that it was time to renew our cards, I didn't realize it was time and by not letting me expire she saved me money!

I enjoyed how knowledgeable the instructors were, I like the extras that were added to the class- homemade wounds to make it seem real-very creative. I think that Kathy having a background in nursing gave her a leg up on teaching this class and should teach all medical personal. The best teacher I've had!

We actually got to graduate! Kathy had the graduation song playing and gave us hats with tassels while she called out our names and gave us the cards. She went above and beyond.
